Wellness Area
We invite you to the modern Wellness Zone, where you can relax and recharge your energy, and your mind will be freed from all daily worries.
At the guests' disposal are: a swimming pool basin, Finnish sauna, steam bath, salt grotto with an inhalation tower, and a heated relaxation area.
Swimming Pool Basin with Hydromassage
Heated pool basin with hydromassage and countercurrent. The best way to relax after a hard day. Improves physical condition and firms the skin, and the hydromassage soothes muscle tension.
Salt Grotto with Graduation Tower
A place of rest and deep relaxation. Sessions in the grotto take place at a temperature of about 20 degrees Celsius and at 45% humidity. A visit to the salt grotto offers the opportunity to replenish the body with missing elements and trace minerals such as iodine, magnesium, potassium, calcium, bromine, and sodium. The session should last a minimum of 45 minutes and be repeated regularly.
Steam Bath
Allows everyone who cannot tolerate the hot air of a sauna to enjoy its benefits. The conditions here enable much longer use of its regenerating qualities than in traditional saunas. Using the steam bath is a relaxation for the body and a relief for the mind. The clouds of steam penetrate the skin, thoroughly cleansing and regenerating it, making it exceptionally smooth and soft. The hot steam has a beneficial effect on respiratory diseases and rheumatic pains.
Finnish Sauna
The Finnish sauna, also known as a dry sauna, is a great way to relax combined with many health benefits. Sauna baths take place in a room heated to a temperature of 90-100 degrees Celsius, with simultaneously low air humidity (about 10%). The interior is made of wood, equipped with a safe electric stove with stones, and appropriate ventilation. Sauna visits should last from a few to several minutes and end with cooling down (cold shower). The cycle should be repeated 2-3 times.
Sessions in the Finnish sauna improve the appearance of the skin and cleanse the body of accumulated toxins.
